None of us are perfect. At some point or another, we're all going to make mistakes. Though mistakes are painful, the most important thing is to own the mistake, dive deep into why it happened, and find a way to prevent it in the future. Today I explain a time when I made a huge mistake, and the steps needed to avoid it in the future.
