Tired of endless, unreadable Terms of Service agreements? So am I. Well, I've devised a possibly genius (and incredibly corny) solution: a mandatory sign-up delay. New users would be forced to wait for the amount of time it would take to actually read all the fine print before they can create an account. This simple change would discourage trolls and, for the first time ever, give companies a reason to write their policies in a way that people can actually understand.
