Matt and Jake talk about the new Netflix documentary "The Game Changers" which advocates for veganism; Jake's tried that. Intermittent fasting gets a lot of attention; Jake's tried that too. And then there's the opposite extreme, with Keto; yep, Jake's tried that too.
