There's a lot of things happen when I run. I get in shape. I get out of the house. I eat better. I feel better. And... My mind wanders all over the place, in really weird crazy ways. But always good to get that happening. This episode i blarg out the things that were wandering through my mind when i put feet to pavement. Also, i'm going to find a way to link to my Daily To Do List. However, for now, i'll just list the things on it:

JOB SEARCH (60 MINUTES)
MEDITATE (10 MINUTES)
CREATIVE/CREATE (20 MINUTES)
READ (20 MINUTES)
WRITE IN 5 MINUTE JOURAL DAY AND NIGHT
WRITE A THANK YOU LETTER (Once a week)
All these are minimums to try and hit on a daily basis. I haven't done the meditation, except once. I'm not sure why, but I really want to get it on the "done" list. Not just the to-do list. I can talk more about these on another podcast.
