In this episode, Heather goes over a tool that our management has developed called The 90/90 Analyzer. Upon being hired, and every 90 days, we complete a self assessment to grade ourselves on all aspects of our work ethic - from our ability to align with the 5 core values to our energetic capacity to perform with excellence.
