E22: Why the Preference?

My Podcast was created as a vehicle to continue to drive my never ending journey of building self-esteem, cultivating self-love and developing confidence. Growing up, I allowed society to convince me that Black was not the standard of beauty, and subsequently began to believe I was not Beautiful. However, I purposefully unlearned those lies through re-education, and daily positive affirmations. I grew to love and acknowledge my beauty is attributed to my complexion, my kinky hair, and of course my intellect. I created this podcast to encourage Black People to learn to live their Truthz.
