I’ve shared my story with you, about being in a dark place, lost and not knowing where to get help or how to even ask. I thought that I was the only one and felt ashamed. That’s one of the reasons why I started The Roller Coaster. My hope is that when someone finds themselves in a dark place that they can find comfort knowing that they’re not alone and provide resources so they can find the help they need.
