We are joined this week by Francis Cagigao - Arsenal's former Head of International Scouting and the club's longest-serving scout, who served at the club for over 23 years. ⚽️

After getting an injury at the age of 29 that put an end to his football career, Cagigao got into the area of scouting and joined Arsène Wenger's globally-venerable scouting network - which was one of the key factors for Arsenal's success in the early 2000s. 🏆

Throughout his tenure, Cagigao was directly responsible for signing the likes of Cesc Fàbregas, Robin van Persie, Hector Bellerin, Santi Cazorla, Gabriel Martinelli & more. Safe to say - this man knows his stuff. 🇪🇸🇳🇱🇧🇷
