“Running was a new experience for me all together. I did not grow-up in sports... Running accesses a different part of you that being in the gym, at least for me, doesn’t...having such a tangible victory, so visible was for me like ‘You did that! You did that!’...Every long run having that celebration!” ~ Arnelle Quashie, Run 4 All Women Ambassador *** Arnelle Quashie is a first-generation Haitian-American. She is originally from Boston, MA, now living in Baltimore City, Maryland. After her first 5k experience in March 2018, six months later Arnelle trained for and ran a half marathon. Arnelle’s daily work is as a school advocate for students with physical and developmental challenges, so it's also important to Arnelle build community, and generate and advocate for constant change. Arnelle is a member of the R.I.O.T.
