These guys are a testament to the idea that whatever you believe can happen. But you’ve got to put in the work as well and be able to create a culture in your business that’s rooted in love and happiness for money and performance to grow upon.
Here are some power takeaways from today’s conversation:
Episode Highlights:
The Power of Believing But Also Putting the Work In
Whatever the mind believes, the body can achieve. Whatever you put in your mind and believe can really happen. You have to manifest but you have to put in the work as well. Some of that work can be very hard, but you still have to put the work in because things won't just show up at your doorstep every day.
Coming Out of Your Limiting Beliefs
There's this traditional mindset that you can only be this certain version of yourself based on what society tells you to be. But you have to be yourself, because when you’re not yourself, then you’re not yourself in everything – in business, relationships, health, finances, etc. When you live your life the way other people want you to live your life, at the end of the day, they don’t really care. No matter how hard you work and accomplish things, nobody truly cares. Because the way they look at you is the way they're always going to look at you until you make a big impact and change people's mindset on who you are.
How to Separate Yourself From The People That Hold You Down
There are people who fear your success and it actually puts a mirror in front of them questioning what they’re also doing with their life. And if they have a problem with that, then it’s something they have to deal with. It’s their problem, not yours. Therefore, find a new tribe of people that love and support you for what you're trying to do next versus somebody who will make you feel bad about yourself.
Reinventing the Culture in Your Business
Most real estate businesses look at two factors and it's money and performance. Without that, they just feel like their businesses aren’t going to thrive. But your business has to be rooted in love and happiness because that’s what money and performance will grow upon.
