Back in high school, Adam thought he'd become an architect or an engineer. In college though, it wasn't his thing and did not do enough to pass enough credits.

Some life choices pushed him into the working world. Initially, he worked in restaurants than in retail. He worked in several industries before finally working in a call center where he discovered his passion for training and leadership. He realized that focusing on people was necessary for organizations to find success.
