This episode dives into two important topics that are annual occurrences for the Oakland County Medical Control Authority.  Every year, the staff of the OCMCA produce and present an Annual Report for the Board of Directors and depicts the organization’s achievements from the previous year and provides a glimpse into the next year and beyond. Today, we provide you with a presentation of the 2019 OCMCA Annual Report, as well as the official 2020 EMS Quality Improvement Program, more commonly known as EQIP.
