I have also been a Chef for the past 20 years working all over the country.I’ve worked in Florida, Yellowstone N.P, New England, and California.I’m a self taught Chef that prefers french and Italian cuisine.I pride myself on working hard and playing hard. I believe in balance in my life as well as on my FF team. I’m here to coach, listen and help you achieve your Fantasy Football goals.Welcome to the jungle for I am the Mongster, Mong Lee. I am the bi-product of refugee parentsIn the jungles and camps of Thailand. Immigrated to the United States in the year 1988 and have been in California since. I moved to San Francisco in 2007 and started my Culinary Career. My other love is sports, there are many like it but Fantasy Football is my game. Without it I am nothing….Hahaha.I am a Chef and Football enthusiast. Love to cook and love the game. When you have both you surely have Nirvana!
