Add to that, every time we turn around someone is telling us that we are not enough, the advertising industry is based on playing mental games with us. We’re constantly bombarded with negative messages, we’re told that “things” are what make us happy.

Is it any wonder that we’re living through a mental health epidemic?

But here’s the thing, we get to choose how we think, how we act and how we react. So why do we look at the worst-case scenario instead of the best-case scenario? How do we turn things around?
