The Sales on Demand show has reached it's half-birthday!

It's a small milestone to be sure, but celebrating small milestones can help you focus on the progress, not the pain.

In today's episode, I lament some of the challenges of getting enough stock into Amazon.  Things don't always go perfectly well, and more often than not, you will notice that you have left "money on the table" by not acting quickly enough, or perhaps you didn't know which items would sell before the deadline.  Nevertheless, I still have regular progress happening, and hopefully you do as well.

I also talk about how to manage your time during the slower summer months, because it is tempting to think that Christmas is so far away that it really doesn't matter, but that's completely backwards.  What you do during the slow summer months can pay off HUGELY when Christmas arrives!  Print on Demand is a chess game, and you must be planning your moves well in advance if you want to win BIG.
