Joel Rifkin was New York's deadliest killer in the late 1980s and early 90s during a four year killing spree.  Joel the Ripper, as he came to be known as, beat up, abused, and strangled many women, later stating that his behavior was an urge that he felt he couldn't stop.  In this episode we talk about his upbringing and what led him to give into his terrible urges.  We also share an update about where Joel is today, and who he may be talking to nowadays.  It's challenging to find humor in these dark stories.  Somehow, the guys are here again with laughs as they talk us through the life story of Joel Rifkin.
