In 2017, Paul learned how to code and created an algorithm that real estate investors and agents could use to predict who was going to sell their house next in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. There's no real estate available unless the seller is ready and willing to let it go. It's a very emotional state.
[12:54] How the TwnSqr Platform Works
Once you come to TwnSqr, you can post that property, whether it's under your ownership or under contract for $90,000. Then you can do three different things once the property is on the platform: posting on the marketplace, sending to your contacts, and then leveraging other users and contacts to your own advantage.

You can't communicate with somebody on TwnSqr unless it's on the premise of a deal. You have to have a post and share it with another user in order for that line of communication to be opened. Everything on TwnSqr is based on a deal-by-deal or property-by-property because they believe connections can be formed much more deeply if it's all based on the deal.
