Why do we mourn death instead of celebrating life?

We know it's difficult, as we're experiencing this in our own life now, but life is too short and precious to be sad about the eventuality we all know is coming.

Let's fill our lives, and hearts, with love and enjoyment so we can look back and say we lived a beautiful life.
