Hello everyone and welcome back to Farming for Passive Income show where we strive to educate the agricultural community on hands-off commercial real estate investing and growing their business.
We are joined today by Jesse Dickens.
Jesse Dickens has a background in cardiovascular sonography and is currently the Director of Operations for a mobile imaging center in Denver, CO. He started investing in Multifamily back in 2020, after a brief dabbling in the single family space. After successfully completing three Multifamily acquisitions in Tucson, AZ, he decided to get the word out to the medical community and started Wealthcare Capital Partners, a firm based around providing real estate education to healthcare professionals. He is currently under contract on a portfolio deal in Greenville, SC and plans to continue growing his portfolio in both the Arizona and South Carolina markets.
