The Young Performer Summer Series is back, with a feast of brass from tenor trombonist Harrison Steele-Holmes. With three concerti and a sonata, Harrison, with associate artist Louisa Breen, explores the range of expression and tone colours that the trombone has to offer.
Harrison is a passionate classical Tenor Trombone player aiming to play professionally in Symphony Orchestra’s. After completing year 12 in 2020, he plans to study at the Queensland Conservatorium. In 2020 he was appointed Principal Trombone of the AYO National Music Camp and Associate Principal of the Autumn and Winter Seasons.
