You might have heard the word 'habits' all throughout your life, but have you really paid attention to what your healthier habits are and what you're not so healthy habits are? I am not talking about eating habits but habits for your mind, body and soul so that you can really learn more about what you want to achieve in your life and how you can use habits to help you get there?

It is really hard to 'find' motivation to do the things you want to do, we fall into a trap of thinking that we are going to just get this surge of energy to do things, but the key is to build consistent habits daily so that you can get to the results you desire. 

I have been through such a rollercoaster with my emotions and motivation but when I decided to take responsibility and start building habits into my daily routines, that's when things started to change for me. This episode will spark curiosity and give you the energy to make things happen!
