Meet Jennifer Tam and Victoria Lee, co-founders of the Welcome to Chinatown initiative in Manhattan. Having met through their sorority 10 years prior, neither of them had any idea they would play such an active role in helping NYC’s historic Chinatown district during the COVID-19 outbreak. After seeing and experiencing the effects of xenophobia and ignorant rhetoric firsthand, Jen and Vic decided to take matters into their own hands.
