Rian is the founder and Creative Director of Rian Katherine, LLC where she oversees creative direction, including product design and brand strategy, operations, and business development 💪🏼💪🏼

Rian is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles under her belt! Most recently, however, Rian served as the Creative Director of DL3 Realty and held a creative leadership position with Children’s Developmental Corporation where she led creative branding, strategy, and operations!! 💪🏼🙏🏼🤞

In addition, Rian has extensive experience managing creative projects, charitable efforts, and business development through her council positions with the Harper Court Art Council, the Apparel Industry Board of Chicago, and the University of Chicago Lab Schools 🏫 💕💕

Rian holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison,a master’s degree in Arts, Entertainment and Media Management from Columbia College, and a certificate at the Schools of the Art Institute in Fashion Design 🤞✨🌟 Seriously, what can’t this badass woman do?!
