Welcome back to episode 32 where I speak with Ian Jones, former All Black lock and current endurance machine working towards the full Ironman in Taupo on the 10th December. Ian played 105 matches including 79 test matches in his rugby career from 1989 to 1999. Ian talks about his time in the All Blacks, current and previous ventures in endurance sport, the transition from professional sport into retirement, an upcoming fundraiser for 'I am Hope' in February 2023 and the importance of goal setting and having structure in our lives.
