Arne Frandsen, Managing Partner of The Pallinghurst Group, one of the biggest mining private equity firms focused on battery materials, joins Rodney Hooper and Howard Klein just after they "took over the keys" to Nemaska Lithium, following an 18 month due diligence process and CCAA (bankruptcy) proceeding. The three discuss Pallinghurst's stellar track record at bringing projects to fruition, the past present and future plans with Nemaska, including its partnerships with America's #2 lithium producer Livent Corp. The three also discuss Pallinghurst's other world class project in Quebec investment with Nouveau Monde Graphite.

Rich in battery materials lithium, graphite and more, and with a strongly supportive government sponsoring the "Propulsion Quebec" initiative with funding from its investment arm Investissment Quebec, the province has significant potential to become an important pillar in the Energy Transition for a secure and sustainable battery metals for the North American market.
