Tropical Storm Debby brought a lot of problems to the southeast and mid-Atlantic regions, from flash flooding to tornadoes over a several day period. However, in the vast expanse of the system's influence, Delmarva was able to avoid much of the worst that Debby had to offer - despite model trends and forecasts suggesting severe weather for the area.
