You’ll be invited into 10 minutes of silence and offered a simple breath prayer to ground your body and mind. Whether you’re sitting in a quiet room or on a busy street, this practice is about reclaiming space for God’s voice.

  • Practice 10 minutes of silence with us during this episode
  • Choose your own day and time to complete the silence challenge
  • Or commit to 10 minutes of silence each day this week
