Keith Buff is the author of 'Determination: Surviving A Devastating Brain Trauma'.  He's written and starred in a documentary about his awe-inspiring recovery entitled, "Against the Tide". It depicts his trials & tribulations re-learning everything after a nearly deadly brain injury in1970's Seabright, New Jersey.
