Karin Holmes miscarried her baby after just six and a half weeks of pregnancy. Her miscarriage and the trauma of a necessary D&C plunged her into the crashing, lonely isolation of an invisible loss where she blamed herself for failing her baby and couldn't figure out how she was supposed to grieve.
