On this episode of HYPERSCALE, I am joined by Sebastijan Orlić, the CEO of health consulting company Quality of Life, and a Specialist at GlycanAge, a company that helps people identify their true biological age and helps them improve their lives with longevity best practices.

After conducting a blood test with GlycanAge, Sebastijan informed me that my biological age is 38, which came as a surprise as I have been quite strict with myself in terms of my diet and lifestyle. This prompted me to go into a deep dive with him into the biology of the body, and the actual best practices that help us achieve a more accurate biological age, and promote overall longevity.
