And our intermission “So That One Time” storytime is all about Nitika’s journey dreaming up for goal of a TV show becoming a reality. And she may give the best episode quote about how her and Dominique are chronic illness ninjas, and you can be one too! Part Two of InvisiYouth Chat Sessions gets deep with advice and fun motivation as Dominique and Nitika explain the how-to’s with combatting loneliness that sometimes follows you relying on virtual community, the best way to handle the cycle of pessimism or complaining that can fill online chronic illness communities, and their pieces of advice to break through that bogged down feeling on social media when you need some selfcare in a world all focused on virtual. And InvisiYouth’s ‘fly on a wall theory’ is discussed and we know you’ll want to add it to the backburner when following new people on Instagram. We got you in the ways you can DM slide, how to make a comment, and how to feel safe and comfortable on your socials when wanting to interact with new people in chronic illness/disability communities. And we end off the episode with these ladies making their life toolkit that you will be taking notes on 100% because it will improve your daily life.
