About the authors

Elizabeth Kleinfeld teaches rhetoric and writing
theory and practice courses in the English department, coordinates the new Disability Studies minor, and directs the Writing Center at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is writing a memoir about being her husband’s caregiver and working on a scholarly project studying how the sex lives of disabled people are represented in memoirs. Julie Prebel teaches courses in rhetorical theory, critical theory, and American cultural studies, and directs the Writing Center at Occidental College.
