Gustavo is a unifying leader, he leads with his heart and has a great passion for management and logistics. Gustavo has a DESS in event design and joined cohort of the HEC-McGill EMBA, he was invited to participate in projects such as the International Garden Festival at the Reford Gardens. His work is based on relationships, human rights, integrity, respect and on his self-discipline. Gustavo is currently the designer of standard operating procedures, the key performance indicators, operations and contractual compliance branch of the company for which he works. He currently manages a group of 40 airport security managers, coaching the managers of the future.
