This week, Rebecca Jones is joined by the President and CEO of North San Diego Business Chamber, Debra Rosen. The women touch on prioritizing during the pandemic and share personal strategies to achieve success. A personal strength of Rosen’s is identifying her goals and establishing a game plan to get there. A strong knit community has been a staple of Rosen’s success. Given the opportunity to give young women a word of advice, Rosen encourages them to make as many connections as possible and to nurture those relationships.
