Today my guest today is the beautiful Andrea Blindt, Andrea is a registered nurse, holistic health practitioner, international best-selling author, and mindset coach. She uses her personal healing journey to bring wisdom and hope to her patients. She understands that each person is unique, much like the root cause of the obstacles they encounter. After successfully navigating her own healing journey, Andrea inspires others to reclaim their power, advocate for what is in their best interest, and learn the tools needed to be able to make decisions for themselves that are in alignment with their beliefs. .

I love this so much and she is such an inspiration!  Through everything she has been through she never said never and kept pushing forward and didnt give up.  We can all take a page from her that if you want something bad enough, it can happen.

Becoming a fertility nurse and being the cheerleader for everyone else and offering hope for all those wanting to have children was her pull in life.  Even after having twins and dealing with ovarian cists and then her twins passing, she took a step back during her trauma that sat in her cavity of life, her womb. But still, she picked herself up and said this is going to be the last surgery and I will not sit in sorrow anymore and she told her self that her body will be strong and she will face it head on.  

Andrea has learned how to honor her feelings and allow them in.  She will show you how to face them with grace and be your champion.  

Meeting your challenges in life and what can you do in it,  we can have regrets but we cant change them, We have control over this moment, right now and how we show up now. Do you want to be your resiliant self or wallow in it?  Be aware of how you feel and the devastation of your diagnosis but visualize a better future.  

She got to a point in her life when life should of been great, but she hit rock bottom again, how she asks?  She was struggling and couldnt understand and it was exhausting!  Her joy was gone and she allowed herself to be buried in that darkness, but she asked her self, do you like life right now?  No... she got up and start changing it, she worked on her self care. being present and being a mom!

Please know that you are ENOUGH and you can do anything.  She works with women in fertility treatments and also with you and your doctors!  She will be with you every step of the way!
