Her name is Katherine "Kat" Ampaw-Matthei. She is a writer and educator. She received a B.A. in Gender Studies from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and my M.Ed. in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from University of Southern California (USC). She currently works as a student affairs practitioner in higher education.She is also the founder of The Ohemaa Health and Wellness Support group for womxn of color. The support group provides resources, builds community, supports, and empowers womxn of color to live in their truth during their health and wellness journey.
