This dish is cozy, quick, healthy, and is as simple to clean up as it is to make. This fall skillet is one of my favorites any time of year but especially in the fall. 

Sauteed Kale, onion, ground beef, and butternut squash topped with crunchy roasted seeds and garnished with avocado you can really fall into this comfort food because it's even Whole 30 Approved, paleo, and gluten-free!
