We find common ground in chatting with Hannah of The Whitney Homestead as she discusses why they homestead, how they got started, and their decisions to do things a little differently than we do on plant-based homesteads. TW: While we don’t go into details of animal butchering or processing, we do briefly discuss Hannah’s decision to raise animals for meat on her homestead.
