Jonny Davies is 6ft 4 and was 110kg when starting out with his distance running so is someone that obviously stands out but from a background in Rugby has grown a following of over 50,000 on TIKTOK with his enthusiasm for running and I really enjoyed our talk about training, social media and motivation!
