Esmin Green is found lying dead on the waiting room floor of a Brooklyn psychiatric hospital in June 2008. After public outrage and $2 million awarded in malpractice settlement, Esmin's death made the New York City healthcare system ask themselves the hardest question of all: What is going on at Kings County Medical Center?
