E4 - The Fundamentals Of Bible Prophecy: Why Does The Church Ignore Teaching Prophecy - Even As It is Being Fulfilled Right Before Our Eyes?
"Are we there yet?!" Many a parent has heard this unrelenting question from their children as they ride in the car, en-route to some vacation fun spot. What triggers the continuous query is the fact that the family has packed, placed their luggage into back, and all piled into the vehicle. These events triggered the minds and hearts of the children to know that what they were anticipating was actually coming to pass!
Now, it's a question of how the near-term future will unfold in the course of time. This is the cue to start looking for real-time clues, informed by drawing on what they know they are headed for, and what surely awaits them when they arrive.
Understanding and interpreting - and timing - Biblical prophecies should be approached in the same way. In this class, we take a very detailed look at what is needed to understand, as far prior knowledge, and the approach we should take, as we endeavor to study and correctly and accurately interpret and time Biblical prophecy, and our place in it.
It is NOT the church's job to change the world. Its job is to bring many to Christ and to warn and inform. TO KNOW AND TEACH PROPHECY! Yet, most churches do not - especially in such a time as this! Why not? What are pastors and many others scared of in mapping what is happening and the run up to the End, in this current day into prophecy? Why are they not giving a much needed answer of the hope that we - and only we as Christians - have, that others COULD have? Listen and learn this, and more.
