Although my imposter syndrome has halted me from creating a podcast time and time again, I want to apply the routine of flossing my teeth every day, as advised by my hygienist, and use that discipline to develop this podcast into something great.
As a minority in the fitness industry who does not share before and after photos, it can be challenging. However, being part of that 0.01% of coaches who believe in a different approach is something I am passionate about.
