Dr. Patrick Dicks is a Doctor of Science in Information Systems & Communications, he got a Master of Business Administration and Technology Management from Webster University in Columbia. Dr. Dicks has over 25 years of technology experience and has worked for several government agencies, universities, and private companies. He has been a senior computer analyst, programmer, simulation designer, professor, curriculum designer, and a database administrator during his career making him a strong advocate for technology and education. This influenced him to write his dissertation on automation and its devastating effects on communities not only in South Carolina but in the United States.
