In this episode I had a short conversation with my bro Arik Nicholas who is currently attending the University of Antelope Valley in Lancaster, California. He is a student-athlete and is coming off a season where he was named the Cal-Pac Freshman of the year and was also a member of the first team all conference. We briefly talked about what it took for him to get to where he is now and what he expects of himself going forward.
