My guest today is Ann Hince who woke up one morning to find her mother dead in her bathroom when she was just 19 years old. She sat with this trauma for over 20 years before she began to dig deeper into helping release the emotions under the surface. As she dug into the awareness necessary to do this, she found her body began to physically change. I don't want to give too much away so I'll let her tell you herself, but today my guest is on a quest to unlock inner peace through truth seeking, the deeper feelings, and the acceptance of those inner feelings.
