In this episode I got the chance to have a conversation with Eddy Gonzalez. He is a Mexican-Canadian who is the owner of Eddy's Cantina, a restaurant located in the Tianmu area of Taipei. In his restaurant he hosts a live podcast show every Tuesday night called Eddy.Live. I was lucky to be a guest on his show on April 26, 2022.
