A good neigborhood increases the value of a property.

I am a firm believer that, if a community is pleased and happy, they support your business. And if your business is doing well, you can give more back to the community.

So here are my favorite things to do when taking ownership of a property in terms of removing bad stigma aka "rebranding":

-Changing name

-Putting up new signage

-Creating an online presence

-Implementing Exterior Improvements

 

Taking ownership is also taking full responsibility. We cannot change the community unless we take responsibility for it unless we see ourselves belonging to it and responsible for changing it.
