Episode 45: Fully Known and Loved
Soulful Psalms of Summer Series
Psalm 139 is a sacred reminder that God knows you completely and loves you without condition. There is no hiding, no striving, no proving. Just being—fully seen, fully known, fully cherished.
In this episode, you’ll be guided to write your own psalm of belovedness—verse by verse. Through simple prompts, you’ll reflect on God’s intimate knowledge of you, God’s presence with you, and God’s creative care in forming you.
We’ll pray in the form of colloquy, imagining ourselves in conversation with Jesus, Creator God, and a Wise Woman of Faith as we reflect on what it means to live fully loved.
Soul Care Invitation
Take your journaling and create a four-line psalm of belovedness.
Choose from your notes, or write something new.
Let it be honest, let it be yours, let it be true.
