Surrendered Based Trust is a deep trust in the process of Life.

I trust this process.

I trust what Life has in store for me.

I trust what's happening right now, even though it hurts.

I trust my path, even though I'm in pain.

I trust this moment.

In this episode I demonstrate the difference between what I call Control-Based Trust and Surrendered-Based Trust. Control Based Trust is easily broken, while Surrendered Based Trust can not be broken, and can only nourish all of your experiences. I share a glimpse of my experience in Maui and how Surrendered Based Trust eased me through some of the most fragile and painful moments of my 2019.

Surrender Based Trust allows me to remain OPEN and access my SOVEREIGNTY. When I trust in Life's Path, then no matter what I'm experiencing, I can feel grounded in the knowingness of deep trust.
