Simone about the intricacies of the recruiting world, specifically what it means and what it takes to be recruited at the Division 1 and Division 2 level. R. Simone is the only woman in Michigan that does NCAA certified scouting. R. Simone has been scouting for 7 years and is the matriarch of a basketball family. R. Simone, not only shares tips for the athletes, but also tips for parents to optimize their chances of being recruited.

LBI covers events and players all over the country; however their main focus are players in Michigan and bordering states. LBI has over 80 universities and colleges that subscribe to their scouting services, ranging from High Major Division I to NAIA schools.
